While Jesus was here on earth, He didn’t just come with a message but a message backed by works. He was anointed not only to preach but do. He cared for the sick, healings, broken hearted, poor and outcasts.
He set the example for the church to follow. As we are told in Mathew 25: 31-46 “when we’ve done it to the least of the brethren we’ve done it to Him”. If this is the first thing brought out on that judgement day, it seems like this is what we should be doing.
For this reason we moved our church to the East Fort Worth area to a hurting community (to meet the needs). We are a small church of a few hundred but we care.
We provide food for almost 100,000 people a year, dental assistance, job training and find jobs for the unemployed.
We are working with the police department to reach the kids in the neighborhood.
